Process
Order preparation
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
(This email might end up in your junk folder, be sure to check it.)
Shipping delay
Delivery is made by Purolator Express or Road service (approximately 1-3 business days for regional shipments and up to 7 days for national shipments) or via Canada Post service.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the time the package is picked up by our carrier. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping Policy
Babilibou offers free delivery via the Purolator or Canada Post service in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada according to the following values:
Quebec & Ontario – Shipping is free with purchases of 89$ or more
(after applying discounts and before taxes) For packages under 89$ – Fixed fee of 11.99$ tx
Elsewhere in Canada – Free Delivery on purchases of 250$ or more
(after applying discounts and before taxes) For packages under 250$ – Fixed fee of 19.99$ tx *
*For the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and Newfoundland & Labrador no flat fees or free delivery rates are currently available. To get a shipping rate, contact us! We will be happy to evaluate the cost of your shipment at the best possible price.
Delivery in an envelope possible for certain items
We offer the possibility of delivering certain items by standard mail (envelope) with Canada Post at the rate of 3.99$. Please note that by choosing this option you will not be able to track your shipment and the delivery time will be longer.
Eligible items:
- 1 – 2 diaper(s) without insert
- 1 diaper & 1 insert (bamboo or micro/bamboo)
- 1 The DUO Insert
- 2 washables liners packs
- 1 Diaper and 1 washable liner pack
- 2 bibs
- 1 Wetbag
- 1 diaper and 1 bib
If the combination is possible, the standard mail delivery method (envelope) will appear in the cart.

This offer may be deactivated during peak periods and Canada Post delays.
Delivery times in envelopes are highly variable and depend on the volume of regular mail (Canada Post). Usually the delivery times observed are on average 2 to 4 working days, but this period could easily increase during periods of high traffic, even by a few weeks.
We cannot be held responsible for loss by Canada Post. Delivery with tracking number remains the best option for valuable parcels.
