Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (unworn and unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging (if there is packaging). Items will be inspected before being refunded. No refund or exchange without the invoice. We do not accept the right to a refund or exchange if the item is not in acceptable condition.
To make a return, you must show us proof of purchase and contact us before shipping.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded and exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. FINAL SALE
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Note that there will be no refund on postage even for free delivery, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

TRADES
Exchanges will be processed according to availability in inventory.
For exchanges, you will have to assume the delivery costs for the return and reshipment. *** No refund on postage ***
**If you are shipping items of a certain value, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. **
PARCELS NOT CLAIMED, REFUSED OR WITH AN WRONG ADDRESS
If the package is returned to us, it will be refunded after deduction of the delivery costs incurred, even for free delivery packages. (initial delivery costs + return costs to our address)
Important to verify your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for any error on your part if an item is delivered to the wrong address or is returned to us. In case of error, contact us as soon as possible. The Babilibou store is not responsible for the theft of your package at your home in your absence. It is your responsibility to track your package or have it delivered to a secure location.
DEFAULT
We inspect all items to ensure they are in good condition before delivery. But if, however, a defect occurs, please contact us by email to inform us, we can give you the procedure to follow. See Warranty section for more details.
