The warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for the first purchaser only and with proof of purchase.

The warranty includes:

• The apparent delamination of the cloth diaper pull which affects the performance of the diaper.
• Diaper seams (except pocket finishing seams)
• Faults related to snaps
• Elastics are guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing defects only.

It excludes accidental breakage, leaks, odors, poor maintenance and normal wear and tear of the product. This warranty is void if maintenance has not been done according to our maintenance guide or if the use of soap or cream has impaired its performance. Note that several leakage problems have been linked to the use of liniment, we suggest that you limit its use as much as possible. Our warranty does not apply if the use of such a product has impaired its performance.

Rubber bands that are not used / washed for several months may dry out. For those lying in the sun, it can cause premature wear. Which would not be guaranteed.

The products are not guaranteed for breakage, broken press stud (after washing), excessive use, inadequate maintenance, breakage in the washer or dryer and any other breakage that is not a manufacturing defect.
