This warranty is void if maintenance has not been done according to our maintenance guide or if the use of soap or cream has impaired its performance. Note that several leakage problems have been linked to the use of liniment, we suggest that you limit its use as much as possible. Our warranty does not apply if the use of such a product has impaired its performance.<\/p>\n<p>Rubber bands that are not used \/ washed for several months may dry out. For those lying in the sun, it can cause premature wear. Which would not be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>The products are not guaranteed for breakage, broken press stud (after washing), excessive use, inadequate maintenance, breakage in the washer or dryer and any other breakage that is not a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n<div class=\"grid__item\">To take advantage of this warranty, you must first contact us to explain the breakage in question with a photo attached to info@babilibou.ca. Then you will need to send us your defective diaper along with the purchase invoice. Once received, we assess whether it is indeed a manufacturing failure and not wear.
